Jack passed away last night (1/14) in his sleep. He worked many years in both Chicago and Toledo.
The service will be at the Mason, Darbenne and Walker funeral home, 501 Conant St. Maumee, Ohio . Visiting hours will be from 3 to 8 pm on Saturday with a 2:00pm service on Sunday at the funeral home. His home address is 2049 Sawyer CT. Holland,, Ohio 43258
